Privacy notice

What data we process

• Identity and contact: name, phone number, email address.
• Trip details: pick-up and drop-off address, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and bags, number of baby and child seats, return transfer and anything you write in the note field.
• Contact form: your name, email address, optionally your phone number and booking code, and your message.
• Security: the time you confirmed you had read this notice, an irreversible hash of your IP address on the contact form (to prevent abuse) and server logs (IP address, browser details, time of request).

We do not ask for special categories of data such as health information; please do not write them in the note field. If you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, please call us.

Why we process it

• To take, confirm and carry out your booking (vehicle and driver planning, meet and greet, flight tracking).
• To contact you about your booking by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To answer your questions and requests.
• To meet our legal obligations (record keeping, requests from authorities).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

Legal grounds

We rely on the following grounds under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

• Processing is directly related to concluding or performing a contract: your booking and transfer.
• Processing is necessary to meet our legal obligations.
• Processing is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right: relying on booking records in case of a dispute.
• Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms: site security and abuse prevention.

We do not send you marketing messages. If we ever want to, we will ask for your explicit consent first.

How we collect it

We collect your data electronically, directly from you, when you fill in the booking or contact form on our site or reach us by phone or WhatsApp.

Who we share it with

• The driver doing your transfer: only what the trip needs (your name, phone number, address and flight details).
• Our infrastructure provider: the site and database run on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure, so your data may be processed on servers outside Turkey. This transfer falls under Article 9 of the KVKK.
• WhatsApp and email services: when you message us on WhatsApp or by email, your messages travel through those providers (WhatsApp/Meta and our email provider), whose own privacy terms also apply.
• Measurement and advertising providers (only if you consented to cookies): Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) process cookies and click identifiers to measure how the site is used and whether our ads work; this data may be processed abroad. Without your consent nothing is sent to these providers.
• Authorities with legal powers: where the law requires it.

We do not sell your data or share your name and contact details with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Booking records: for the statutory retention periods after the service (up to 10 years for commercial books and records).
• Contact form messages: up to 1 year after your request is resolved.
• Server logs: only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.

When the period ends, we delete, destroy or anonymise your data.

Cookies

Essential cookies always run; measurement and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) are loaded only if you consent in the cookie bar, and you can withdraw that consent via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. Details: Cookie policy.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can ask us to:

• Tell you whether we process your personal data and, if so, give you information about it.
• Tell you the purpose of processing and whether your data is used accordingly.
• Name the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred.
• Correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Delete or destroy your data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK.
• Notify third parties who received your data of any correction, deletion or destruction.
• Accept your objection to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data.
• Compensate any damage you suffer from unlawful processing.

How to apply

Send your request from the email address you used for your booking to aykutbilgutay@hotmail.com, or in writing to our address above. We will respond free of charge within 30 days and may ask for information to verify your identity.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

If you live in the European Union, you may also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
